Buffet Terms and conditions

In ordering a buffet from our website you are entering into a contract. Cancellation conditions are set out below.

If cancelled more than one week before buffet is due to be delivered – no charge will be levied.

If cancelled less than one week but more than two days before the buffet is due to be delivered then a 25% charge will be made.

If cancelled less than two days, but more than 24hours before the buffet is due to be delivered then a 50% charge will be made.

If cancelled less than 24 hours before the buffet is due to be delivered the full amount will be charged.

Prices

Prices for buffets are per person and exclude VAT.

Prices include napkins and disposable plates but do not include delivery where required.

Prices include setting up at our discretion but do not include tablecloths, banqueting roll or waiting staff.

For buffets served at our premises china plates will be provided and paper napkins.

For buffets delivered offsite delivery is charged at £6.50 plus VAT for destinations within Redditch Borough.

For locations outside the Borough we will quote you accordingly. This includes collection of “empties”. Buffets are served on re-usable marbled plastic platters. Any platters missing will be charged at £3.50 plus VAT each. We will request a signature upon arrival that confirms the number of platters used and that the food is received in good and fresh condition – good enough to eat.

Where a buffet is served at our premises, we may offer additional items for consumption which will be signed for and added to the bill for payment within fourteen days if credit is agreed. Where payment has been made online beforehand we can take payment for extras by credit or debit card on the day, or we may be able to invoice you separately for payment on the agreed terms.

We are able to supply china and linen napkins etc. if required. We will quote you upon request.

Please indicate if you require a higher than average level of presentation (eg silver plated cutlery, luxury linen etc...) as we are able to quote separately.

Any damage or loss of cutlery, crockery or linen or any other hired item in any way whatsoever will be charged at the current cost of replacement.
